Why Consent Is Required MEMO serves students from Grade 10 (Grades 6–9 coming soon). Under POPIA and the Children's Act 38 of 2005, parental consent is required for processing personal information of anyone under 18.
What Consent Covers You authorise MEMO to collect your child's personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your child will access coaching content, AI Tutor, forum and academic materials. MINDSET content addresses peer pressure, relationships and substance issues in an age-appropriate and supportive manner. You take responsibility for monitoring your child's use of the platform.
Parent Rights Request full report of child's activity. Request correction or deletion of child's data. Withdraw consent and deactivate account. Contact the MEMO coach directly.
